Mahesya may cancel an order due to stock issues, payment failure, incorrect address, courier unavailability, suspicious activity or technical error.

6. Payments

Mahesya accepts online payments through Razorpay and other available payment options on our website.

Available payment methods may include UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, wallets or other options supported at checkout.

For online payments, your order will be confirmed after successful payment.

Payment confirmations may be sent through email, SMS, WhatsApp or the payment provider.

The payment page or bank statement may show Razorpay, Mahesya or the payment/merchant descriptor depending on the payment processor.

7. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery, if available for your location, will include an extra ₹100 COD charge.

This ₹100 charge is a COD convenience/handling charge and is added to the order total.

COD orders may be confirmed through WhatsApp or phone before dispatch.

Mahesya reserves the right to cancel COD orders if:

- Customer does not confirm the order
- Address or phone number appears incomplete or incorrect
- Customer has a history of refusing delivery
- Courier service is not available at the location
- Order appears suspicious or invalid

8. Shipping

Mahesya currently ships only within India.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier service and customer location.
