At Mahesya, we want customers to have a clear and fair shopping experience. Please read this Return, Refund and Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Window
Returns may be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all conditions below:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
- All original tags, labels, packaging and invoice/order details must be intact.
- The product must not have perfume smell, sweat marks, stains, makeup marks, alterations or signs of use.
- The return request must be made within the allowed return period.
- The return must be approved by Mahesya after checking the reason and product condition.
Mahesya reserves the right to reject any return if the product does not pass quality checking.
2. Strict Return Conditions
Returns are accepted only when there is a valid issue, such as:
- Damaged product received
- Defective product received
- Wrong product received
- Wrong size sent by Mahesya
- Missing item from the order
Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Slight colour variation due to lighting, screen brightness, photography or device display
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Product disliked after delivery
- Product used, washed, altered, stained or damaged after delivery
- Products returned without original tags or packaging
- Products sent back without approval from Mahesya
3. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Clear photos of the packaging
- Unboxing video, (recommended)
- Short description of the issue
Requests raised after 24 hours for damaged, defective or wrong items may not be accepted.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchange is available within 3 days from the date of delivery, but only with a valid reason.
Exchange may be approved for:
- Size issue
- Wrong product received
- Damaged or defective product
- Product issue approved by Mahesya
Exchange will be accepted only if:
- The product is unused, unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
- Tags, labels, packaging and invoice/order details are intact.
- The exchange request is raised within 3 days of delivery.
- The requested replacement product or size is available in stock.
- The reason for exchange is valid and approved by Mahesya.
If the requested size or product is not available, Mahesya may offer a replacement option, store credit or refund where applicable.
5. Refund Process
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and passes quality checking.
Once approved, refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment method, bank or payment provider.
For prepaid orders, refunds will usually be processed to the original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds may be processed through UPI or bank transfer after customer details are verified.
Shipping charges, COD charges and convenience charges are non-refundable unless the issue is confirmed to be caused by Mahesya.
6. Return Pickup
Reverse pickup may be arranged where courier service is available.
If reverse pickup is not available at your location, the customer may be asked to ship the product back to the address provided by Mahesya.
Products sent without approval may not be accepted.
7. Quality Check
Every returned or exchanged product will go through a quality check.
Mahesya may reject the return or exchange if:
- The product is used or washed
- Tags are missing
- Product is stained, damaged or altered
- Wrong product is sent back
- Product condition does not match the complaint
- Return or exchange request is outside the allowed time period
8. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Mahesya may cancel an order if:
- Product is out of stock
- Payment is not completed
- COD order is not confirmed
- Address or contact details are incomplete
- Courier service is not available
- Order appears suspicious or fraudulent
- There is a pricing, product or technical error on the website
If Mahesya cancels a prepaid order, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
