Mahesya currently delivers only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

1. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation.

During sale periods, festive seasons, high order volume or courier delays, processing may take longer.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 7 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on the customer’s location and courier service availability.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Incorrect address or phone number
- Remote location serviceability
- Operational issues beyond our control

3. Delivery Address

Please provide a complete and correct shipping address while placing your order.

Mahesya will not be responsible for delay or failed delivery due to:

- Wrong address
- Incomplete address
- Incorrect phone number
- Customer not available
- Customer refusing delivery
- Courier unable to contact the customer

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details or failed delivery, extra shipping charges may apply for reshipping.

4. Shipping Area

Mahesya currently ships only within India.

Orders outside India will not be accepted or delivered.

5. Cash on Delivery Shipping

Cash on Delivery, if available for your location, will include an extra ₹100 COD charge.

COD orders may be confirmed through WhatsApp or phone before dispatch.

Mahesya may cancel COD orders if the order is not confirmed, the address is incomplete, the phone number is incorrect or the location is not serviceable.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared through email, SMS or WhatsApp.
